Covid-19 - Our Practices

White Star Clothing would like to share our practices with you on how we prepare, pack and deliver your orders to you.

Currently we are only processing orders on Mondays and Thursdays.

When orders have been made the whole process to packing is completed at the unit.

Facemasks are worn from the time when the orders are printed until the items are picked, packed and placed into the postal sacks to be taken to the post office. Between each order our packer disinfects their hands by using the anti-bac gel that is available for them to use.

All our packaging is self seal.  Where any packing tape has been used it is cut using scissors.

Each day the first person on the premises disinfects the handles and light switches within the building.  Doors that are continually used are disinfected throughout the day.

During lockdown no collections or visitors will be allowed into our unit.  Once restrictions have relaxed again we will restrict the numbers on the premises at any one time. We also have an NHS Track and Trace QR code that we asked all visitors and staff to scan upon entering the unit.  Along with anti-bac gel available to use upon entering.
